About Me

My name is Kylie, and I’m a mum of three—two schnitzel-loving children and one not so much—living in Adelaide, South Australia.

I grew up in country South Australia, and apart from talking about the weather, nothing was more important to country folk than where the best place to get the biggest and best Schnitzel in Town was on a Saturday night after watching the local game of footy.

From these humble beginnings comes my love of cooking and eating the biggest and best Schnitzels I could find on my life’s journey. Since having children it has also been about value for money and finding something they will actually eat without complaining.

The Biggest & Best Schnitzel in Town blog was made to remove all the guesswork when it comes to buying and eating Schnitzels around Adelaide. Who has the time these days, after all, to find the best location for that Schnitzel you’re craving?
